Miss leading information & unprofessional service

Received a sms: Get R50 airtime for 6mnth for R33 deducted from ur Edgars Acc. Reply yes. I replied yes asuming it comes frm Edgars. A while after that I received R50 and my BIS service that i paid R59 for dissapeared. I called Cell C, they told me I must call RMCS (never heard of them before), because they have my number. I calle a 0860 number that i have to pay for and ask them to pls cancell as the sms is very miss leading& they dont give u all info in the sms. I provided them with an alternative number to call me back on about 4 times, bt no one calls back. Today i demanded to speak to a supervisor, Tuli called me and got someone from the admin office to call me back asap. I spoke to "Seedwin" who was so rude, shouting at me & telling me they won't remove my number from their data base. I told him how unprofesional he is and that i will report him, he said he is going to call me back, but he never did. This is unacceptable. Clients should be informed that they removing their number from the service provider and putting it on their database. I no longer want this service and Seedwin refuse to remove me. Very upset and I will take this even further.
