This is a long outstanding issue/query i have been having with Cellc, which was reported prior to Hellopeter.
despite many efforts in getting Cellc to provide me with further info regading these internet billing/ charges, Cellc couldnt provide same. Instead in March 2013 they advised me that this contract is terminted (as i had only 2 months left for this contract in any case). and that my account is in a credit balance of R304.00. The shocker comes in now, on the 02.08.2013 i have been contacted by a collection agency claiming I owe Cellc R2400.00, where the do they get this amount from, this leaves me astounded! not even the internet usage tallys up to this amount, it actually works out to less than 1K. once again im highly angered and highly frustrated by CellC. I have queried this issue on so many occasions via emails, & calls, but not once did they bother calling me to find out why these charges are oustanding, yet just handed it over for collections. Surely someone must be held accountable, people like me are left to constantly fight these issues to prevent ourselves from being 'ripped off' by organisations like these.
