Time to sue Web Africa for failing to delive

After the below complaint, reassurances and more and more excuses their servers have again gone down (17/10/2013). They are morally and ethically corrupt and are not fulfilling their side of the contract.

Previous:
Over the past 60 or so days my website has gone down 3 times. Each time I've had to hold for ages on their automated answering machines to get it sorted out and it is costing me business and damaging my brand. At times it takes hours to get sorted out and this is a problem that should never occur.

Hello Kevin Robarts,

We can completely understand where your frustrations are coming from as having the server go down so many times is not the best. We have to take responsibility for the server errors and we are working on making the server more stable.

We would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused by these constant outages and the service received. I believe the Senior I requested to contact you has done so already and explained the above as well.
