After been on line for 42 minutes and 11 seconds and been put through from pillar to post MTN's Bongani nor Dumisani could not advise nor confirm if my contract has been cancelled as requested in August and September 2013. How difficult is that? According to Bongani my account has been flagged at Legal department and could not help? Dumisani at Legal department has no idea what is going on at MTN and also put me through and obviously no answer at cancellations. Shocking and disappointing.
Please can Someone at MTN confirm that my contract has finally be cancelled and completed?
