Please change my bank details

Good day,
I've been calling CellC for the last 3 weeks looking to change my bank details. I have been told that I would be transfered to legal department but the line always gets cut or I don't get any sort of help. Today I finally managed to talk a consultant from legal and she advised me that my account is going to be debited with an amount of R11232 on the 27th of this month. I am more than willing to settle this amount however, I told the consultant to PLEASE change my bank details as that account is being used for something else. I don't need any debit orders coming off my Nedbank account, PLEASE. If CellC debits this account, my account will be in a -11232 state and they will have to pay the bank. Please contact me urgently so I can give banking details where you can debit from. Please treat this as urgent
