My wife has a cellc contract debits usually come off on the 28th or so, ut this last month cellc decided to debit on the 25th, it may not be a problem most of the time but that has reflected so poorly on our credit record now, when we went to cellc store they told us cellc took a chance, I mean really, took a chance, I wish we could just close off all our cellc contrcts, its really been a constant struggle. Not to mention the call centre has been off line for days last week, I mean really a few days.
