Bad attitude and wrong billing

I opened a CellC acc in 2008, the acc was cancelled because my billing details were wrong, numbers were phoned which i dont even know who it is. I sent an email to the accounts department in July2010 & cancelled acc. The acc was closed & no further correspondence was received from cellc. The acc was payed up & closed. I went to the bank on the 14th of march, they informed me they i have been black listed by Cellc because im 6 months behind. I went to Cellc Canal walk, they informed me that the acc is on R0.00 & that the number has already been allocated to someone else with a pre paid acc. I needed a letter that states that this acc is closed, they could not help me. I had to phone the accounts department. I tried to phoned & they are closed over weekends, which is very in-convenient and the voice prompts does not even state that they are closed. I phoned the accounts department this morning and spoke to a very rude consultant (Thabile) to tell me that i need to wait cause im not the only customer & i need to pay my acc which is in arrears of 4 months. I am 63 years old & in my 63 years have not had any bad credit, now thanks to Cellc's incompetence i have bad credit.
