I just moved to a new premesis in James Road, Benoni. After calling numerous times to re-apply for a ADSL line, i get told that there is no Infrastructure and i just get transferred up and down the whole time. If you walk down a few houses, there are Telkom lines as clear as day and the current landlord advised me that a year or so back there was lines running to this property but they were. My question is why have they never been replaced and when i ask the call centre agents " if they could please send a technician, then i can show him/her the lines to just get this sorted out i really want... to get my ADSL again... Is there anyone that can help me solve my issue with Telkom?
