Still problem with uncapped

This will be my third complaint about my throttled uncapped data. So I got a reply from mtn that I am not throttled, but I also get a mail from 1555 that I am..I wish MTN could wake up and give a clear answer. And before they say it's the device, that had been tested and it is not the device nor coverage. This is starting to irritate the out of me. I have to pay for a service witch they can't deliver. I want to cancel this contract immediately without their ridiculous early cancelation fee. I am not going to pay for something they can't even fix or find the problem. I can't recommend MTN to anybody anymore after this. This is the worst service I ever got. If they can't find the problem they just stop calling and you have to start all over again. They have no clue what is going on, one guy says I am not throttled and the other says I am, they just seem to have no clue at all. I have to restart my mails 5 times to download 3 small emails that's how throttled it is. Can only access google anything with more detail just times out. Could just as well stayed with my 2GB account. I WANT TO CANCEL THIS!! But they will just have new accuses to give. Worst service in my life
