We've been with Vodacom for /- 7 years, in April 2013 some of my contracts was due for upgrades. I took out a micro card on my data card for an Ipad. 2 months later I had a acc. of R4000, I made an arrangement to pay it of and cap the card. Then suddenly I received another huge account on the same number. I went to Menlyn H/o and they found out there was an additional micro card that was unknown to us, the cards wasn't capped. Then after being there the account just dramatically increased, I discussed it with them to no avail and there reply was we should pay the account, though I feel I paid a R4000 for nothing, that was used by someone else. We went back to Vodacom and Olga said the Cell phone talk 1000 was ready for an upgrade. The Lady checked our usage and recommended a Talk 500 with a R100 pm extra for a Samsung S3 handset. This was acceptable and we agreed to that. When our 1st account arrived it was noticed there was a downgrade fee of R1345.00. This was never explain to us never mentioned it when signing the contract. On our second visit she admitted to us and the other staff that she did not explain to us. They do not want to assist us because we signed the contract.
