CUT ME OFF

Telkom cut me six times in last two months. Statement show i owe them nothing and then they make me pay before they switch on again. now i have paid outstanding amount, that they can not tel me what for. and they have cut two of my line off completely. Now they say it will take a norther 48 hours to fix"just a norther promise!!
