My 8ta sim card i got from uMoya stopped worked 3Weeks ago its gives error Sim not registered, I called their call centre and i was told the are working on it how long does it take for them to sort out their problems it cant take a month, I had to go to the bank and change my cell phone banking number because of their incompetence, The only thing their Customer care agents know is "SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE"I want my sim card to work as in yesterday already, I dont owe them anything but they are not keeping their end of the agreement it is actually breach of contract as im suppose to get airtime each and every month and be able to make and receive calls
