After logging on to the Vodacom site I was forced to change log in details. Had to re-register my cell phone numbers and was give a "New" mail account starting with my cell number.
Ever since then I am not getting my e-mails.
3 calls to the customer support services I eventually got hold of someone who has logged the call as an escalation as no one person there could help me over the phone.
I now need to wait 48 hours before I might receive a call back - REALLY? - this is my business and I'm loosing clients.
Guys at most company's heads will roll if you do not have the knowledge to assist a client or staff.
