UNWILLINGNESS TO CHANGE MY CELL PHONE NUMBER

I using another person's access.

I've now sent numerous e-mails to have my cell phone number changed. Karabo at your company still has the odassity to report that there is no response at my cell number, but they refuse to change it as requested via NUMEROUS e-mails already. (No wonder your staff cannot get hold of me, duh..!!)

Even Moses receives an e-mail and still cannot figure out what is going on, after THREE mails on requesting this SPECIFICALLY...

Is this the service level to which OUTSURANCE,

WHO ONCE DISTINGUISHED YOURSELVES DUE TO EXCELLENT SERVICE,

has now also stooped?

Please access my facility number as given and see if you could save the day.

Pointless to give my cell number here anyway.
