BAD SERVICE AT MTN CARNIVAL MALL

Good Day

My name is Cebile Mantengu and i recently experienced very bad servixce with MTN Carnival Mall.
In January 2013 I signed a Cell phone contract with MTN in Durban (west street), everything was going well until recently when my phone got damaged. I sent the phone in for repairs at MTN Carnival Mall on the 26th of August 2013, three days later I was sent a text message to come collect my phone at the branch but only managed to collect it on the following day. When I got home i tired switching the phone on but with no luck. I went back to the store the next day to advise them that the phone was not fix but nobody seemed to care. I spoke to a gentlemen at the store who told me that MTN was not going to fix my phone I did not understand why and he also did not state the reasons as to why. I than asked the gentlemen to advise me on what I should do because the phone is on contract and every month R229 is deducted from my account for the Cell phone that is not even in use. He told me that it's unfortunate but I have to pay for the phone regardless of it working or not.

I really do not know what to do as in my phone is still not working
