Hi,

It seems to be that there are constant complaints about the fact that you cannot convert Anytime Topup airtime to data bundles but nothing has been done about.

Tons of money is being wasted by customers and, while it might be great for MTN, as a customer it's unacceptable.

Are you at least making an effort to fix this or does it not concern you?
