Can't use included airtime for Data Bundles

I feel that it is absolutely ridiculous that I can't purchase data bundles with the airtime that is included on my Anytime Topup contract. What on earth am I going to do with R350 worth of airtime that can only (cost efficiently) be used for calling?

Vodacom allows such purchases. I cannot understand why MTN would not, except that they are greedy and wants to force their loyal customers to spend MORE money than what is really necessary. I truly believe that this is an unfair and downright malicious policy that MTN has adopted.

If this policy stays in effect, I will be forced to move my patronage over to Vodacom, after many many loyal years with MTN.
