I sent in a phone for repairs on 7 March 2013 through Altech Autopage on behalf of my mother. She was not given a loan phone to use in the meantime. The phone had been sent in for repairs for the same problem in December 2012. The phone was picked up and only used from January toend Feb. the phone is a Nokia 500. it has taken a very long time to get the phone back and this si the second time it has been sent in. I have sent the same complaint to Altech Autopage! My issue with Nokia is that How can a phone come back from repairs and within two months the same problem surfaces again???
Secondly, why do you put out cheap products with no quality in the market???
I have advised my mom to look at other service providers cos Clearly nokia cannot manufucture quality products, neither can they fix their own problems! for some reference, the number on the battery is RHJ4
