DO NOT WANT TO HONOR THEIR CONTRACT

The first apple that was given to me on a business contract did not even last a day, they replaced it after 3 weeks or so, now two weeks ago i booked it in and was told by their repairer that there is damage which they emailed me but on the booking inn form does not state that, it states screen freezes and they want me to now pay over R3800 to fix it. Even the managed that contacted me was rude stating that if i don;t want it fix that i must pay R188 to get it back. I have a 2 year contact with them.

I even have problems with my samsung galaxy 3 the camera does not work and when i asked the Woodlands branch for a loan unit they said they can not give me one.

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH 8TA / TELKOM MY FELLOW COMRADES U WILL GET RIPPED OFF LIKE THEY DID TO ME.
