Customer service turn around time

I obtained a 8ta contract 2 years ago and had a telkom landline nominated as a the one landline i could call for free, .(this was 8ta's "special" at the time) I renewed the contract 2 months ago and was told that i can still nominate the landline at an extra cost. And so i did. Only now i get told that the original contract expired and there"s an technical issue that needs to be escalated to their technical department. Apparently it has been reported last Wednesday, 9-10-2013 and I was notified that it will take 24 hours to be rectified. To date i have not been contacted and the problem has not been resolved. I am definitely take my business to another network. Telkom!!!
