Bad Service, Terrible response and NO CARE attitud

I recently opened a contract with MTN Thabazimbi. I went to fetch the phone and they gave me a Mtn number to use. When i switched on the phone i received sms's from different people and banks. I realized that the data the phone uses is too much per day so i wanted to go on the same plan but in Top up, and the lady said it is possible because i am still within 7 days, she will put a request in and will take 24 hours. Saturday the 12th my phone was cut off, when i phoned Monday they said it is because i am being transferred to the new plan.

When my family tried to contact me a lady answered. MTN said they canceled my number but my credit limit was too low so i cannot go on the new plan. I then asked about the lady answering on my number and they said my number was issued to her. Now, 5 days later, i cant use my phone, their feedback is non existent, i have to phone them everyday. I tried phoning customer care and all they say is i have to arrange with the shop to deliver and wait 3 months to do a credit check again, again poor service. I phoned MTN Thabazimbi again this morning where they claim they are on the phone the whole day. This is not the only problem i have with them.
