Baught Service Plan but GM/ Simplify it

Hi. I bought my Corsa utility 1.4 at this branch and asked for a service plan included. The lady sold me the car with the service plan in tact but with my firs service GM Thabazimbi told me that the lady did not add a service plan and she even double checked for me so I had to pay it myself. 2 years down the Line I get in contact with the bank and ask them to send me my statement of the car and found that I do in fact pay for this service plan. Now the bank told me to contact GM to have my money refunded. GM told me no I have to phone Simplify (the company where GM buys their service plans from). Simplify tells me no I must have all my payment statements to be able to claim back my money i AM still paying on. So I phoned GM Thabazimbi and conveniently they upgraded their system and can only find my 2nd and 3rd service statements. So I asked Simplify to just make it a extended service plan seeing that they did not service my car even once and my car is now over the service period and their answer is just no. So between GM and Simplify they now a whole service plan's money from me and the one just point the finger to the other. And to think I insisted on this car...
