My Telkom ADSL line has not been working for weeks. I have reported numerous times and have two escalation references but nothing gets done. I cannot get them to fix it or even send out a technician. I phone every day and speak to the call center. All they do is send SMS's that the fault has been fixed but it remains inoperative. I have no telephone line or ADSL line and my complaints are just ignored.
I currently have no service whatsoever. The relevant reference numbers are as follows:
951CRK141013, Escalation No. 547124, 591CRK211013, 724CRK241013, 83CRK281013, 518CRK291013, Escalation No. 549494 and 55CRK301013.
It is bizarre that I cannot get this company to repair a fault for a service that I am paying for. They just plain ignore me and I am at a loss what to do.
