False advertising

I recently upgraded my MTN contract. I was on the MTN Anytime 200 Top-up contracted. I sow a special that was advertised under the ANY TIME 200 contracted for R 389 a month. When I want to upgrade I was informed that the ANY TIME 200 and the ANY TIME 200 TOP-UP is not the same thing?

I asked them on why this is not the same thing as both is anytime 200. I was informed that if I wanted to stay on my package I have to pay about R 460 on the same contracted and that I will not get all the privileges as advertised. Do'nt understand why this is..
