Cell C
She Hung up on me!

Last week, (11 Sept 2013), I called to cancel my Cell C contract and requested that the lady send me an email confirming the cancellation.
I never received the email and called back this morning, (16 Sept 2013), to request the email again only to rudely be told that it can't be understood why I am requesting the email and not believing in and trusting the person who told me that it was cancelled.
Following that she very rudely said that she would send me an SMS and hung up on me.

I expect an email confirming the cancellation of the contract and that the call centre employee in question has been disciplined!!!
