BEWARE OF TELEMARKETING

During late July I was contacted by Vodacom telemarketer who wanted to upgrade my contracts. I told the lady that these contracts had expired and that I would prefer to use these funds for an upgrade in Dec 2013. She then got me into thinking that I was paying excessive data fees on my tablet, and should rather get 2 x data dongles for my data. which I did. after investigating my account I realised that I had not been paying excesses on my data for my tablet.
When the parcels arrive here with tax invoices dated 5 Aug 2013, I refused to take the parcels from the courier company. the messenger then informed me that I has to sign for it and then return it on my own accord, which I did. My parcel was return to Vodacom on 12 Aug 2013. they would not accept the parcels because there was no contact details. I was never given any contact details.
Myparcel was then returned to me on 21 Aug 2013. I got my local Vodacom Shop to assist and after numerous calls and e-mails I have I was told, THEY WILL GET BACK TO ME. This never happened. After weeks now I am told by 'rewards" that the cooling off period is over and that they cannot cannot accept my goods back. The parcels have NEVER been open
