I have been trying to stop my IFA Policy from the 17th of December till date. I have been asked to supply necessary documents in order to cancel my policy. I did as asked and submitted my documents, i was told that i will to wait for a period of 7 working days before i get my policy money. I spoke to Nozipho one of the consultants, her being the one who said i will have to wait 7 working days.
After 7 to 10 days i still did not receive any payment into my account. I then followed up and spoke with Nazirah now a new consultant who asked me to do the same procedure again. I did so and was told once again to wait 7 working days and i will receive payment into my account and while i am waiting for the payment Clientele Life is still deducting money out of my account. Since December 2013 i have been waiting for payment to be made into my account there is no word from the two consultants and i have not yet received any payment. I am disappointed with the service delivery, poor service and incompetency.
