I am very upset. I bought a coffee table from Groupon SA online. On the website it stated that if you are making an EFT payment the payment needs to be made to the bank with who i bank with and not their old banking details. Eg. FNB to FNB and an account number was given. It needed to be made in 5 days. The payment was made in 5 days. However the payment was rejected. No one from Groupon SA advised me of that. When i did not hear from them i contacted them and was advised that there are system issues and that the payment did not reach them in the five days. Even though they said use the FNB account. They were then supose to refund my money within 3 to 5 working days. That was two weeks ago. I have still not received my refund. I would like my money back in my account by the end of business today.
