4 months to cancel a contract

I called in June to cancel my contract and have made numerous calls after that but my contract was still not cancelled and I was promised my refund of 3 months back to me but still nothing! The customer service is extremely terrible and there's no sense if any customer focus! I am still waiting for a simple call back to let me know what's going on! Does it really take many phone calls to have a contract cancelled properly and money to be refunded! I do not recommend the network to anybody as post sale service is terrible!
