So I called mtn twice this afternoon about my phone being suspended for no reason as I'm on a top up contract. I received extremely poor customer service from the people I was speaking to. Eventually I told my father who got into contact with a woman by the name of Ntombi I think one of the managers of the customer call centers for mtn sp. My dad put us on a conference call. I have never received such amazing service from mtn. She actually listened to me, she explained everything, she explained that I actually shouldn't be affected by a credit limit. In my opinion she deserves recognition as well as maybe an incentive or raise or promotion as in my whole experience with mtn I have not got such impeccable service. This woman is amazing! If I could I would request to be helped by her only but I know it wouldn't be possible.
