I would like to applaud Mc Donalds for their customer service received today, as far as Customer Service in South Africa goes, I am truly astounded.
I lodged a complaint on Mc Donalds' Facebook page at 08:45 this morning.By this afternoon, I have received 3 Facebook Message replies, 1 email and 3 calls from the parties involved. The last call was to make sure everything was sorted out and I am happy with the feedback I received.
Great feedback and truly amazing complaint management. Your Customer Service department deserves a raise. :-)
