Early settlement

Good day
I requested an early settlement for two of my contracts, I paid the money for 0746490810 and the other one gave notice as it will expire soon
I then contacted cell c to get confirmation regarding the money I paid, they did confirm after numerous emails n phone calls

Now I want their confirmation that both contracts has been closed successfully and no monies will be deducted from my account
I have not been assisted regardless of phone calls n emails sent
