Late last year i contacted Cell C to close one of my contract to which they supplied me with the settlement amount.
i paid the settlement amount and contacted them to which i requested to number to be closed, and they confirmed everything was up to date and nothing outstanding.
end of January they tried deducting money from my account for this same number to which i contacted their customer service and they confirmed there was nothing outstanding.
last week they deducted money from my account for this same number - i contacted them with regards to the deduction (twice) and both times no feedback were given - and still awaiting answers!!!
can this be resolved???
