Seeking resolution

Did a sim swap on 26/09/2013 and the sim card is still not active. Every time I call to query it's the same argument where they tell me that it's active on the network but with the phone in hand I still see the same error that it's not registered on the network. If the sim card is working why can none of the consultants tell me when was the last activity on that number or better yet why would I be calling the call centre wasting my time trying to fix a non-existent problem. 3 weeks to get a sim swap working thoroughly disappointing.

Don't bother contacting me as I am really not interested in repeating myself to another parrot, just sort it out. The number in question in the one ending with... 3908 on my account
