Proof of purchase request

On the 9th September I requested a copy of proof of purchase (my upgrade), up until today I have not received it. I have been told that it is with the documentation department and I will receive it. I have been told that their turn around time is 7 working days I guess this is in dog years cause it is more than a month. I am due for an upgrade next month and have had a contract with them for over 8years, do you think I will renew my contract, I'll be crazy. I have spoken to over 5 people and all of them make promises that they can't keep.
