MTN STAFF, NO DLEIVERY, NO RESPONSE

My upgrade was due, I went to Mtn Direct in Campus Square in July. I was offered the Samsung Pocket combo, R189 per month including a Samsung flat screen Tv. Etienne informed me that I need to provide a Tv licence in order to get the TV.I told him that I personally do not have one as I live with my parents. He told me that I could email him a copy of my parents Tv licence. I emailed Etienne a copy of the Tv Licence. I got no response from him. So I had to go back to the store to find out what is happening as he does not answer his cell. I was informed that Etienne does not work on weekends and that I would have to call him. I asked if there was anyone else who could assist, but they said I must only speak to Etienne. I tried calling him many times but he does not answer. I have been to the store so many times but I am getting no help.02 Oct I went to the store and Etienne was there, he said that he did not receive my email with the Tv Licence and the application came back incomplete. He did not have the courtesey to call me and inform me. He then advise that within the next 3 days I would get a call regarding the delivery, I am still waiting for the call, wonder if he will call me in 2015 OR NEVER!
