I am sick to my stomach that Cell can allow an external service to bill me for services that i have not opted for. I have been charged R438 for subscription services that i have not agreed to. When i phone Cellc they tell me "not our problem."I find this totally unacceptable that cellc could allow fruadulant companies access to their customers. Now i need to have a long and drawn our battle with these companies who illegally subscribe people for personal financial gain before i get my money back. Lucky for me i am in the lagal profession and know my rights as stated by the consumer protection act "Liability is joint and several" and Cellc i will hold you accountable for not protecting me from these bags who robbed me and it is you who is the m, oney from me to pay them. I will be reporting this to the consumer board. I should have stayed with vodacom who has a double opt in system so that we do not get trapped by spammers
