Blackberry 9790 topup R350 contract

I hereby express my complete dissatisfaction with my blackberry 9790 which is now my third handset which was replaced since i upgraded in February 2013. I am experiencing the exact same problem that I initially had with the 1st handset that i was issued with i.e. while chatting it will freeze for a second or two then the message alerts change to a dying sound that i cant even hear my phone ring. Every day I have to take out the battery and put it in again, when it starts doing that and I cannot even access any of my media when it goes into that mode. I have done all the upgrades that were needed as well as clearing the log this is absolutely frustrating. I have complained to MTN and they said all that they can to is send it for servicing, but its now my third handset which i have been given and that is now a refurbished phone compared to my orginal phone which was a white one i sent in but got black phone replacement. I am completey dissatified with the Blackberry 9790 product as i am currently paying for a new phone which supposed to carry me through for the duration of my contract which is 24 months, but this is giving me endless problems.
