Never receive a bill

I have been a Cell C customer for years now, but since upgrading a few months ago I havent been receiving my bill. Instead I am receiving someone else's bill. I have phoned Customer Services countless times, but it still has not changed. I am tired of calling every month just to hear what my balance due is.
