They are in possession of the voice recording we would like the recording of that call, and all subsequent calls. If they have the call of the above why do you not submit the recordings of the calls from your call centre stating that modem was downloading every 25 m whilst it was not in use. Insurance was definitely ordered on confirming the items Their technicians confirmed that on both computers that we have in the household that was no evidence of the usage we did request a copy of the report but once again the company are withholding information. Their technicians from the company confirmed that and I am sure that they have a written report. On the mail from Fidilus he states that through internal investigation that the usage is correct. If they demand payment then supply a full report with all details submitted that we may have it audited and justified. It's not a case because you say so we are obligated to pay. They state that they have copies of the recordings so where are the rest of the recordings?
