! Poor Service! Arrogance!

I renewed my Contract with Autopage at the beginning of July 2013. The Cell C bundle sold to me was 1gig of data, 100min, 100 sms. I discovered that they have been charging for data as they forgot to load the 1 gig. They have been taking the money via debit order every month and thus gaining interest on my money that they were not due. In essence I regard this as blatant. I logged a call 14 days ago, where they admitted they made a mistake and I asked for my money (balance of data charges) to be returned. I don't want a credit to my Autopage account, I want the cash paid into my bank account that is owed over the last few months.

I have called 8 times now, all that I get is poor service and empty promises of someone getting to me.
