I have been informed by a legal company that I am in debt and responsible to pay the arrears for an MTN cellphone contract that I have not opened, signed for or even recieved a cell phone for! I understand that now days is rife and easy to get away with, my complaint is that I have had NO HELP from MTN when trying to contact them to resolve this.
The call centers at MTN are not repsonsive and forward you on to the incorrect departments who are also unable to assist.
It is fustrating because at the end of the day it is my name that had the bad credit history and the longer I wait without assistance the worse it gets!
No wonder I am happy with my current cellular provider as MTN is unresponive and unhelpful!!!
