I have requested a itemised billing on 14 October 2013, to date I have not received it. Contract signed on 20 September 2012, BIS for 24 months. They have unilaterally changed the terms and conditions of this contract and are therefore in breach. My average spent is r898.99 and October 2013 it changed to R1962.11. I have sent numerous emails with no response. Even to the Ombudsman.
