I logged an add on application for the 2nd of February 2014 and was called by the sales team to process the application for the Straight up 100 (iPhone 5S) the application was approved and due to a system error (SMS verification numbers not being sent out for XDS security checks) a call back was done to conclude the sale. On Wednesday the sales agent called me back and done the XDS security check which did not apply to myself hence the security checks had failed or as you say not green. My docs were sent to the sales agent and no further feedback. I called your call centre today to be advised you guys had changed the approved status from approved to declined with no closure on how when and why this is strange as I have a clear ITC record maybe I missed something as I was approved and now declined, funny as by Vodacom I was approved for 3 I phone contracts but you guys declined it as I wanted all my contracts with one supplier. I have 2 existing deals that I will not be renewing with you guys as you clearly don't need customer. I have had bad service from 8ta and wanted to move my 8ta service over to CellC but hey I get even greater service from Vodacom.
