I changed my cell phone contract to a " cheaper " one on recommendation of the sales person.
According to them I never used my full amount of airtime.
Now my bill is up to 3 times more then before and nobody will be responsible or
can tell me how to change that contract. Phoning service provider is useless as they send me back to the salesmen and the sales persons tell me to phone service provider as they can not change anything.
Is there please ANY person in the right position at MTN who can help me directly? That would be a service
most appreciated after they ripped me off and show now no responsibility after they have their contract.!!!
