I had been experiencing trouble with my provisioning on my data line for the past 5 months, every month I called 808 to try and solve this problem but always got the run around from the agents as well as some of the supervisors that I had spoken to. Until I got into contact with a woman by the name of Brenda, she was the only one to understand my situation, and to understand what results I was after, after months of stressful arguments and waiting, Brenda and her colleagues finally fixed the problem. Thank you Brenda, MTN could use more people like you, you deserve a raise ;)
