Call center opperator that is incompetent

I phoned this morning the after sale's in connection to a Sam-sung note 3 that was delivered to me on Friday and sins Friday afternoon I started having problems with the handset it re boots it self and the app's is not working and it tells me not registered on network so i need to switch off the phone take out the battery and reboot it then it works for about 20min then its the same thing over so i called the after sale's like 4 times then every time i get cut off then i asked to speak to a manager then she tells me that he is to busy to talk to me and she tried to help me this is her words to me " sir please take out the Sim card and give me the Sim card number i will hold while you do it " how must i do it if i am calling you from the phone with the problem so she cut me off again so can some one from Vodacom contact me that knows what they are talking about and either send me a new phone today or cancel this contract and come get this phone
