I would like to give a huge THANK YOU to Brenda in the Telkom Business Added Value Services Call Center. We have been struggling to set up our Hunting Services and everyone who helped seemed more incompetent than the last agent until we reached Brenda who not only explained that the solution was quick but that she would ensure that she rectified it for us. 24 hours later our hunting services is working beautiful and we are able to assist more people with even more efficiency.
