Softlocked due to bad service

We sent a screen shot of the deal we wanted to Corle, with the extra 300mb data. She sent the forms the deal was done and Corle confirmed in writing the extra mb special was loaded, except that according to Nashua head office the data was never loaded with the deal. After no reply and nothing being sorted out by her and the lady working Saturday promising to phone back, but never bothered, I was forced to phone head office who is trying to sort this out. This absolutely shocking service not only added extra costs that was suppose to be added to my contract, but it resulted in my phone being blocked because I reached my call limit. This store causes more hassles than you can imagine and wasted time struggling to get them to fix their problems. Nashua is great, I just suggest you visit a different store.
