Utterly useless service!!!

The biggest mistake I made was taking up a contract with Nashua useless mobile. I have been with Nashua for less than a month and absolutely hate this company. Its 1 bad service after the other and who is to blame? The sales person or the staff at head office or customer services?? Its all of them! It took 10 days just to activate my sim card and now yet again I am forced to complain. On the 1st of June I was suppose to receive 1Gig of data as per the contract deal I am PAYING FOR. I only received 100MB! So I call customer service to query and I am told that it was for some reason not loaded on their system..so I ask whose fault that is and get no response. I was told that it would be corrected and it will take 2 to 24hrs to update. Its been 48hrs and still not updated!!! I am paying for this data that I do not have. I honestly believe that this company have employed and that they do not care about their clients as as they are getting our money.
